On-Line Patient Access for Hodnet Practice

Derek Hodge, Parish Council Chairman, encourages local residents to register on-line with the Hodnet Medical Practice. He writes:

About one third of the patients of the Hodnet Practice have now registered on-line. They have the ability to book appointments, order repeat prescriptions and view their current medication and report allergies. This can save time and money and at a time to suit you when ordering prescriptions or making an appointment. This is a very valuable resource and the Practice would welcome more of those registered to sign on and take advantage of these on-line services. Do not be put off as one of the highest numbers in an age group using this service is in the 60-69 year band!
If you are already on-line but are having difficulties accessing the system it is possible that you need to re-activate your account and obtain a new PIN. If you can’t fix this on-line then a call to the surgery to ask for assistance is possible but avoid the early morning peak periods when people are seeking advice, making appointments etc.
Don’t put it off. Register on-line today! To do so go to www.patient.co.uk/patient-access
