Hodnet Medical Centre Discontinues Travel Clinics

Hodnet Medical Centre

Hodnet Medical CentreHodnet Medical Centre has today (2 Sept. 2015) has updated information on travel clinics on its website.
Information on this page explains that they are no longer able to provide a comprehensive travel service.  The reason given is travel clinics are a highly specialised non-NHS service, and due to increasing demands on the practice, they are unable to maintain this service.
The Centre will however continue to provide the following travel vaccinations which are available on the NHS. These are Hepatitis A,  Typhoid and  Cholera (though the latter is not indicated for most travellers).
Please see the relevant page on the Centre’s website as the above vaccinations cannot be provided without relevant documents being provided by the patient.
