This week Shropshire Council has announced its autumn special offer on compost bins. On 25th Sept. 2013 Shropshire Newsroom carried this announcement on the latest discount scheme:

To encourage more people to home compost this autumn, Shropshire Council is working in partnership with Veolia Environmental Services and getcomposting.com to offer reduced-price compost bins, from just £16.98.
